How Dropshipping Model Works:

  1. Customer Places An Order:
    • A customer buys a product from your online store at retail price.

  2. You Forward the Order:
    • You then forward the order details to your dropshipping supplier, typically purchasing the product at a lower wholesale price.
  3. Supplier Ships the Product:
    • The supplier packs and ships the product directly to your customer.
  4. Return policy: When possible, find a supplier that offers a return policy. Many don’t, so you need to check on this before making any final decisions. You need to think about how you state your own return policies based on what the supplier offers.
